Change Linking codes on hardcoded banners

I recently sold the tube site [url removed, login to view] and there are approximately 7 banners that have "hardcoded" banners. Most of the external links are customizable through the CMS but these few banners are hardcoded and I need someone to change them over for the sites current owner. I will be paying for the work that will be done to his satisfaction. This is an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing, an hour at most. An example of of one of the hardcoded banners is the vertical webcam banner on the right side of the homepage.
Payment will be made through escrow.
