Building Palm Pilot Application

I am looking for a qualified programmer with hands on experience in palm pilot application development. Our need is this: We have to design a form for a field sales man to fill the user data on the palm pilot form and send it back to the base office via wireless connection. Base office recieve the form and update it and send more tasks to do with further clients back to sales man as a simple message.
