In the UK, the driving school industry has many independant schools teaching mainly in manual transmission cars. I want these schools to register and affiliate to my website in the way of a tracked linked. My website offers automatic driving lessons which is more of a specialised market in the UK.
Process
-------
The 'Driving School' visits my website and registers their details.

ACCEPT TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING (VIEW)
A message then informs them that their website will be approved within 48 hours. An email is sent confirming this.
An ADMIN page will show all the affiliates with the option to accept, reject, delete, edit and pay via paypal.
ACCEPT: Email is sent with login details to generate tracking code.
REJECT: Email informs them that their website is not suitable.
DELETE: Email informs them that their account has been deleted.
PAYPAL: A link to allow me to pay them via Paypal.
AFTER BEING ACCEPTED:
When the 'Driving School' logins in they have a page showing their details with the option to edit details, generate the tracking code and view the number of hits from their tracking code.
This is one part of a lot of coding going on at the moment and the budget is low for this.
