I am looking for a script to collect info for a database that can be viewed by users who visit the website. I have included a image to give you an idea. Users will visit the website and they have 3 options. 1) Add Info to our Database 2) Search our Database 3) View our database IF they are adding data to the database you will see the fields via the image I have included. (will need to add date) If they are searching they will need to be able to search by all the fields they wish to use.. for example Show me all credit card results from state of texas who pulled Experian with a score of 650 or less. Or if they wish to just view the database they can view the full database and be able to sort it by the columns. Script needs to be secure against XSS Needs to look good. Once we have this working 100% I will be creating a 2nd project to port this to work with a forum software like vbulletin that will require users to login to view database and add items.
