Create a Wordpress Template

Currently a staff updates various sites with article submissions which feed into a main site, [login to view URL] through WordPress. The goal is a new VERY PROFESSIONAL clean minimalistic design with exception to the design of the homesite itself PopCultureMadness.com. Looking for a new wordpress theme with homepage of [login to view URL] having a unique look borrowed from guff.com. All remaining subsites and interior pages having clean white background news design to be used on 4-5 different sub-sites. Example: PMCLifestyle.com. In addition to payment, consideration for liberal amount of advertising is offered. That said, this site design needs to take into consideration any new concepts of ad layout you are aware of. Basic front page of [login to view URL] similar to [login to view URL] (not exactly the same look/colors) I would like 4 columns total on the front page, static 1000 pixels wide. Open to any industry [login to view URL] with our most recent stories (appx 225wx150h), with the headline visible, with the first few words and picture changed in black and white, with teaser text. If picture not available, a background color (matching the category color?) with the above headline/first few words for mouseover. Category shown in a corner. Scroll down infinity, and the pictures coming from our chosen (featured?) image. Auto proper prezing/fitting The fourth column (appx 325 wide) for banners, categories, other widgets. Content pages 3 column... 1st 160 wide - widgets, third 325 wide widgets, middle for content appx 515 pixel'd wide. Pretty much the same that I have now at: [login to view URL] Would like the "next" and "previous" text made into a button for each. Ideally you should offer a unique Font themeset that harmonizes across all sites. If not, would like to be able to change font, size, background, etc. Should the theme need to be changed. Would like to be able to add/change html to the header, footer, content, etc. - That is, we definitely want to be able to edit everything, keeping in mind that primary editor (site owner) can read/write html like a sixth grader and php like a third grader. Keep it fairly simple, please. "pages" to have same format as content pages. For some color basics, our logo is at [login to view URL] On whole the background should stick to the standard white, with a very small color scheme indicator for each sub-site to PopCultureMadness.com. The emphasis is on PROFESSIONAL LOOK beyond all things. The content should dominate. Although site editor/owner currently uses a plugin, mobile design, custom setup is open for the project. I would like a clickable (static/stays on top changable background image) border outside with clickable link (invisible gifs) on outside - skin takeovers. Can disable clicks as well. This will be used for several websites, so it must be complete and portable.
