Create a Wordpress Template

Must speak and write excellent English. I have created a theme that is based on the bp-default theme of buddypress, and the product is about 85% done and functional. Site: [login to view URL] and you can login with username guest and password demo. This is a buddypress theme, all the implementations done to this theme must be portable with the theme so that when someone else installs it, they have everything available to them. DETAILS: Overall: Clean yet visually appealing look Smooth functionality Main Column in the main column, everything is too close to the lines I want separation, but at the same time when you hover over the comment sections and it changes color slightly i want it to cover the whole square, which is does now, but if you look and click around things are right up against the border. The border on the top upper line is got a small separation from the blue header on the top and that doesn't look right , I rather move the whole main section to the top so that the space is gone. At the bottom of the main column i would remove the bottom border line, again make sure that layouts look ok every something is done. This would be plus: in the main column, on the very top there is a space that has a big round picture of the user and latest status, if you could make it so that users can upload a picture there, like the Facebook feature, that would be great, of course this needs to be done from somewhere in the users profile and this feature should be portable with the theme, same thing could be done for the [login to view URL] put the word tiger at the top of your proposal so it shows you've read this thoroughly. Header on the TOP: It needs to have a way for the user to put the website name in the and those letters or small logo should be clickable and that should like in every other website take you to the home page, and the home page should be the user's profile. Front page: Make everything look professional there is a login form on the top right either move it someone in the page that looks better, perhaps to the left, and remove the login that is currently in the header or move this to the header and again remove the login that is in the header. either way the login that is in the header, the one that comes default goes, ideally it would look something like Facebook. Misc Any other anomalies around the site, like sometimes on the left bar on top of the circle that has the pic of the user there is a text with the name of the user, sometimes that text changes font. Any other thing that might pop out and looks weird. Please let me know timeframe for completing the project, and your bid. If you have any suggestions to make it look a lil more modern please include in proposal. I am sure if this project takes off that i would keep hiring the same person for maintenance. I am open to suggestions to everything I have listed.
