Convert existing website to WordPress

I have an existing website that needs to be converted to a WordPress theme and all content moved over to the WordPress installation. The existing website is [login to view URL] and as you'll see it's very simple. I'm leaving it up to you to look over the website and determine the best strategy for setting up the WordPress installation and wether or not custom post types will be necessary. A few project requirements: - All styling must be done in SASS/SCSS, all existing styles for the current website should be converted to SASS/SCSS. - If custom post types are created you must use the PODS plugin - Site must remain 100% responsive - All existing functionality must be recreated in WordPress - All theme options should be setup to use the Options Framework plugin - Countdown widget in the footer must be attached to a date field that's editable in Options Framework - Rotating quotes in the header must be editable within Options Framework - All content must be editable via WordPress backend, no content can be embedded within the theme - HIGH attention to detail is a must - 100% browser compatible for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and IE9+, iPhone, iPad and Android Project has a VERY TIGHT turnaround time and must be 100% completed before March 19th. If you cannot meet or exceed this deadline please don't apply. Project will be paid in full upon completion and after I've had a chance to verify that everything is functioning correctly.
