Change the layout of my index page

[login to view URL] I'm having minor cross browsers issues with graphics, I need my index page fixed to allow it to properly appear on all systems. I will consider a new template/layout if this makes life easier. I also want to add a blog/ articles section on the index page. If you can show me a smart 2014 looking template I could be happy to use your template. I've put a low budget to avoid the stupid high bids, but I'm happy to pay for what I get if you bid over.
