I have a product backlog detailing:
user account creation (email confirmation, CRUD actions required, MVP)
posting of links (human tested & moderated, MVP)
posting against the links with pro-forma graphics (unmoderated, MVP)
very broad language support required (English only required for as MVP)
graphing / statistical analysis (not in MVP)
admin backend required for link approval & user account admin (MVP)
wireframes available. Assuming bootstrap UI for responsive design. LAMP platform (or similar)
Would run this as Scrum project (although if single freelancer, then I'd do minimal version). Please be used to working using Agile / scrum methodology.
