ACR38 Programmer Wanted

Hi everyone, i am working on small project for university, the project idea is similar to Attendance System, student with Smart Card attend to class by inserting his card to ACR38, the ACR38 will read his Student_ID and assign him as Attend to this class ... i have already the ACR38 Device with 4 Smart Card of size 1K, and i already build 1/2 of the project, but the problem i am not able to use the ACR38, thats why i am looking for Freelancer :))
