Directory for buildings

Summary: The web site will be used by guests to lookup companies and individuals information (suite number, floor and phone number) in a building. The guest will be able to search by individual or by company. The search will result in company/individual information including the suite(s) number, floor level and phone number. Scope of project: Admin User: The admin will be able to manage all operations. Including the de-activation of the Landlord user if needed. Landlord User: Landlord can sign-up to register with the site. His registration will be complete when he activate the link url sent to him via email. When activated the Landlord can add Building(s), assign Manager Users andTenants Users to a building. Manager User: Manager User is the building manager, He will have the same rights as the Landlord user but limited to the building he manages Tenant User: A tenant is occupying the suite(s) and will be able to edit tenants' information by adding more employees and at what suite they are (including floor number). Tenant is limited of editing only its own information (suite, floor, phone number. employees) Guest User: A guest will be able to search the Building directory by either the tenant name or employee. The guest does not register. Platform: Linux centos. A server work area will be provided to you as well as an empty DB (Mysql) ready to use. We will provide a Linux admin to help. A well delivered product will secure also long term monthly maintenance job for the site.
