Designer to produce simple but brilliant UI design & UX interface

Need a user interface for a website that is minimalist and simple but powerful that is less busy and does one thing but do it brilliantly. The UI will ask user to enter items daily that can be tagged, reordered, revised etc. Each entry consist of one/two text boxes with datetime and amount. Each entry will capture IP address / Geo location/Date time/user and other meta information. User is then able see what he/she has entered over the period by viewing their entries that can be displayed in groups such as daily/weekly/tagged/interest/Geo-tagged & amount can be summed against period/tagged/date intervals etc. User is also able to see their entries with popularity facts that how popular is their entry among other tagged entries. If you can produce design and HTML/JavaScript (UI behaviors) then it will preferred but UI must be unique and original. All graphic assets must be royalty free and original or has licenses to be used on website/printed materials. This site should be Single Page application using responsive designs and should allow to be used on mobile platforms. This site has to be HTML5 and CSS3 compliance.
