I need a home page designed for a new Financial web-site. One page, plus a template for the inner pages. You will need to design a BANNER/LOGO for display at top of homepage, and some ICONS to accompany links to content - to match the nature of the content. I am looking for someone with excellent creative skills to produce an attractive, fast loading web-site. I prefer simplicity and ease of use, so the design of the website should be basic as follows: A) Written in css/XHTML 1.0, static html, linking to an external css file. B) Must validate to XHTML 1.0 Transitional C) Layout should be 3 column with a Header and Footer. D) There must be NO Tables, Frames, Java, Flash, DHTML. E) Any relevent CSS code should be supplied F) Horizontal scrolling should not be required by users to view content on the more common screen resolutions. G) Target browser is IE5+ H) Download Speed is important - do not use Frontpage. Five content articles will be supplied for integration into the site.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
