Customize Wordpress Template (StudioPress Theme)

Please let me know if you have any questions or need any clarifications. Do not bid until you have read everything on this page AND the entire Word doc. MY PROJECT: I have a new Wordpress website which will have a theme template from StudioPress. I need someone who is VERY experienced with Wordpress templates to customize the StudioPress theme template so the website will look and work the way I want. You will also need to be an excellent graphic designer: I need you to create a logo and a background for the website, along with some additional graphics for the custom theme template. I would like the project finished within a week from starting (the sooner the better, but I understand revisions for the template and the logo may take longer until everything is perfect). Once the project is complete and working on my server, I will also want a copy of all of the files and graphics in case I need them for backup purposes. I also want a vectorized file of the logo. I (and my company) will become the sole owner of all files, artwork, copyrights, etc. once payment is sent. I would like to keep the project at a reasonable and low price. If I receive many bids from people can do everything I need, the project will probably go to the lowest bidder. I also want to work with someone that will provide excellent customer service; this includes providing good communication and keeping me updated on the project, making revisions until every detail is perfect, and also helping me with small issues I may experience when the project is complete and doesn't mind answering any questions I may have. I also may have additional projects in the future for you if we like working together. Please provide examples if you have them. To show me you are a serious bidder and understand everything I wrote above AND in the Word doc, please include the word "agreed" in your bid message or PM, or your bid will be ignored!!!
