Creating a new website - repost

Hello, Please read until the end, the most freelancer don't read the project description at all, and send a copy/paste Bid, I won't work with them at all... I want to build a website like this one : [login to view URL] I want an expert or company to do it in no more then a month, with a good design and simplest forms. New freelancers can bid too if they can give sample website work example. You can also register if you want to take a look at all the functions existing on the website to see if you can do the same.
