'INFINIT WEBSITE HELP' i think your designer just design the static website but did not do any development tasp. Thats y he did not developed an admin panel and did not integrated admin panel with your main website. So you are not able to modify anything. Please show me your website. I think you require an admin panel and get it integrated with your website pages. So whatever you update in admin panel must be updated on main site. Correct?
