Hi, I have a big project that I require assistance on. The site will be like [login to view URL] and will be a directory website where real estate agents can pay to create an advertising package for their business. They will then create their account and their business will be automatically listed. Then, from their account they will be able to create property listings etc. In addition an equally large part of the site will be where the general public can go onto the website and create an account themselves and by filling in their account details - e.g the area they are looking at buying a house, type of house etc they will be alerted of what may suit them AND ALSO once they submit what they are looking for, the real estate agents in that area who are registered will be automatically emailed that persons contact details so that they may contact them directly to discuss what they have available. So there will be a lot of cross referencing of databases etc...
