Build a Website

This is a simple task, the winner will be choses with the lowest bid. ~No Milestone till seen preview of website! I need you to make a website like [login to view URL] where you can put the parts you would like in the computer! I would like to better built and really nice! HTML 5! Paypal checkout! User register and login! Order status and stuff like that! I would also like something like amazon prime where you get discounts and stuff! I want it like [login to view URL] but with a [login to view URL] style where all the parts are easy to find so people can search what part they want and we can send it to them. Admin panel should include - add/remove user -add parts/computer - add discounts - add promo codes -refferal discounts
