Build a Website - PSD FIles - repost 2

I need 17 PSD files converted into a WordPress website which a freelancer bailed on. I need it all done right and need a professional.

Not a huge budget left because the old developer took a large portion of the budget and basically ran. I need everything done within 4 days from now no excuses. I need all the work done on my server and need professionals only. Preference will be given to those who have passed the Wordpress exam.

Please do not message me if you are brand new to the business and do not speak well enough English to fully communicate.

The total budget is $10.00 USD per PSD file I will create a milestone for a quarter the project total, and the remaining milestone when you can show half the work done, it all has to be done on my server. Also I will not release any milestones until you fully complete the project. I have laid out my total budget and project for you, if the price does not match your rate no need to comment on anything you can simply move on and find another project.

If you bid more then the project total and more then 4 days, then I will ignore you. If you complete the project in 3 days time I will give you a $20.00 USD bonus.

Again all work needs to be done on my server, no excuses this is absolute.

Need someone who is available to work through the weekend.
