Attractive Brouchure / Presentation Needed

I have two written proposals that I need done in a professional presentation or brouchure format - about 30 Pages total. You do not have to worrry about making up content because I will provide it for you, but the information I have should be put together nicely. I will also give you a logo to put on the presentation. I would like some nice Icons or Graphics to go with the presentation pages. Maybe little icons of peoples, buildings, economic indicators or something. If you are creative, then I'm happy to let you make suggestions. Also, there will be income projections in an Excel spreadsheet that need to be incorporated into the document. You may use MS Word, MS Publisher or PowerPoint, but it must print up nicely on a color printer. I would like to see a portofilio of your work before I can consider accepting your bid. Good luck and Happy Bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, IE 4+, (MS Word, PowerPoint, Publisher 2000/XP)
