Asp.net profile page edit and visual improvement + admin panel edit

My website has a user login portal (built using asp.net) where users can be created and they can view their own individual profile pages. The admin panel allows me to create new users - one button on the panel is a drop down menu, but when i select an option on the first value is selected, i cannot select any other value, this needs to be fixed: item = Carer Level, need to be able to select any of the carer levels so they are posted on the individual profile pages. The 'working hours' box requires more text characters to be allowed to fit more data. The select country item (in admin panel) should be removed. the healthvision email (in admin panel) to be removed Comments (in admin panel) to be removed the user end profile view needs to be sharper, look more professional. Apart from the issues listed above, the login area is almost complete, this is finishing off some items which are non-functional and either need removing or fixing. I would like the end result to have a clean, simple but professional table view on the user end. I insist on good and frequent communication, fast project completion and no milestone payments until I can see completed items Small budget due to working in the care sector.
