Adjustments to Wordpress theme + duplication of a HTML

I have some urgent work

The work MUST be done NOW - not 24 hours from now - work MUST be started now

PLEASE DO NOT bid if you cannot speak English properly!

The work is 1 - 2 hours MAX!

Details:

- I have a Wordpress theme that was developed by another freelancer - the navigation menus are not centralised

I spent HOURS with the freelancer trying to explain the concept of having something central - they just didn't understand

I need the navigation AND anything else that isn't centralised that should be, made centralised

- I should be able to add and remove items on the navigations through the Wordpress menus

- The top navigation has a drop down menu system - this must also be working

- There is a slide show on the front page - I need a simple graphic template made - I'll explain this in further later - this will take 1 minute to do

- I need content copied from the existing live website to the new website - this is JUST copying and pasting - BUT, you must take care NOT to copy formatting + you need to upload any images or documents to the new website location

- Separate to the above: I have a simple HTML website

- I need this website duplicated and have a different colour scheme used

- You must updated ALL HTML files so that they have the new colour

- This work should NOT take more than 20 - 30 min

- For updating HTML files, 95% of the files can be updated by doing a search and replace in a text editor
