A mini social site (half done)

Hi there, I am looking for an expert coder who can bring my mini social site alive with all the functions I need. The site Is half finished using a combination of kickapps and Social Engine infrastructure predominantly the latter, it was designed using the standard php language. I hit a stumbling block and what’s left to be completed is making sure all the tabs and functions work properly and the site is well designed i.e. videos, forum, bloging, members online, uploading photos, shout outs and incorporating third party API such as shout-out photo from Snapvine.
