Develop an Embedded Quote Form

American Wood Vents is in the business of manufacturing custom wooden vents, registers, cabinetry pieces and more for homeowners, contractors, HVAC distributors and more. The project that you are developing will be deployed on our main website (at [login to view URL]) to allow potential customers to get a quote for their order before placing it, as well as pay for the order, should they choose to do so. It is our belief that this will ease the burden on our customer support staff, as well as improve customer experience while on our website. Our website runs on WordPress 3.5, but your application does not need to interface with WordPress. It may be developed as a separate application (using any language that you feel appropriate and that is compatible with our server - see below). The customer should be able to select the vent style that they want, enter dimensions that we will need, select additional options (i.e. staining, finishing, dampers, etc) that will factor into the price. The customer should then be able to enter the quantity that he / she wants, and then choose to either add another quote, or to check out using PayPal. From there, the application must send the vent information (including the style, attributes, additional options and quantity), and upon completion, send an e-mail containing this same information to our sales department.
