Designer Needed (Only Individuals- no companies)

We need an individual designer/ developer who will be working with us initially on one small project (which will be a Paid Trial Project - not more than 2-3 hours of work). On successful completion of this Paid trail project you will be working with us on monthly basis. This would be full time position with 8 working hours a day, 6 days a week. We have been a preferred employer at Freelancer and each of our projects have turned out to be Long Term Working relationships with the selected candidates. We are still working on an ongoing basis with most of the selected providers. This will be your opportunity to work with a reliable employer for a long term basis. Important Notes before you place your Bid: You will not be allowed to do any other work (other than our work) during the office hours (we will ensure that this is being strictly followed). You should be available online for 8 hours, for us to contact and interact with you. Only Individuals should bid - no companies please. Skills required: Creative designing skills with ability to create very high quality design is required Ability to work with flash, javascript, actionscript preferred Ability to work on general website applications would be a big plus (please include applications you have worked on) Monthly Budget: 200- 300$.
