Custom Game Engine

Hello, At the moment i have been searching for engines in order to create my own personal game for profit, my the community to play on.. lets say facebook. Flash games, browser games, mmo games. but for now, i want to keep it simple and hopefuly cheap, so i am in need of a flash game engine, but a custom one, not one that is already created. this way. if the right price pops up. and is fordable i can talk with the designer and tell him/her what needs to be done, and what i would like to be able to do, i don't mind if you steal technique off other engines lol. the engine would obviously have to have many functions similar to open space 2.0. i can only a ford a set price, if it is not met sadly i will just have to save and keep waiting lol. but please don't be shy to ask any questions.
