**I need a simple Flash movie (FLA) created.**
This movie will be displayed in a web browser.
It should do the following:
* Display a still picture
* When a user's mouse is moved over the picture, the graphic shall spin counter-clockwise 180 degrees. It should remain in this upside-down position until the mouse is moved outside of its borders, at which point it should "unwind" clockwise to its original orientation.
* The graphic should exhibit "acceleration" so the rotation starts and ends slowly, and is fastest in the middle (instead of a constant-speed rotation). It should "feel" like there is tension in the "winding" half and a release when it is unwound.
The still picture that is displayed shall vary, so the movie should have a parameter that will accept a path to a JPG graphic. The JPG file size will vary, but they are known ahead of time, so they can resize the Flash movie as necessary.
I will need the FLA file, a test JPG graphic and a sample HTM page showing usage for fulfillment of this request.
Thanks
## Deliverables
A bonus would be if the graphic "zooms in" as the mouse enters within its borders and does both halves of the rotation in this "zoomed in" state. This is not essential, but it would be a "nice to have".
Please use the attached "possum" graphic to show your solution.
