Car Configurator Customised

Hi. I need a customised Software Developed either Webapp or Desktop software that will be a CAR CONFIGURATOR. I have a designer that can design the Car Pictures. I need you to develop the interactive software. However, I will need a DEMO done first before I hire you. The below links is similar design of what you need to design for me. Before client rolls garage door up dust particles must float everywhere on screen. A barnyard roll of grass should roll across the screen as well.
