Advanced Flash Form / database

I require a flash based form. The user should have to fill in approx 4-6 fields. (several fields will be required) One of the fields will be called promo-code. (authentication code). From a simple admin section I should be able to upload a list of promo-codes. (authentication codes). A promo promo-code should only be used one time and then no longer work. (ie. once a promo code is used it gets deleted from the database so no one can use that code ever again, unless re-added) If the promo-code is valid the infomation the user put in the form should be saved to a database. I should be able to see all the succeful posts in a admin section,I should be able to delete one at a time, or all at once. I should also be able to add new promo-codes (authentication codes) via the admin section. Lastly I should be able to export the exsisting posts via an excel file from the admin section. (the excel file will also have to include a time stamp and the authentication code used, along with the other information collected on the form. FLASH AS.2 (NOT 3). Thank you in advance.
