Add & Auctionsite

Hi,

I need a site containing both add's where people can sell various stuff. Furthermore they should have the option of putting it on auction if they do not want to be the ones setting the price. You know what I mean.

All product should be clearly and logically categorized on an eyecatching design. It should be easy and comfortable to use for both buyers/sellers and administrators.

The site has to have a complete web backend, so that both I and other administrators can access it. EVERYTHING has to be controlled from here.

Payment software must also be implemented.

The site will be in swedish, and therefore all text on the site must be able to be easily changed, as I suspect that the site the coder makes will be in english. I will do the translation afterwards. I have to be able to do this, without accidentily destroying any code.

The site must have a tracking option, for users to turn on, if they are waiting for something specific to be put on sale, and they will hereafter get notified by e-mail.

I do not want to waste a lot of time describing the project here, both because I know a lot of you coders have this site already done, and is only needs minor modifications. Secondly I will discuss it with the coder when he is chosen.

Payment is devided into 2 steps. 1 payment when I see the system working on your server, and second when I see it working on mine. NO prepayments. If you can not agree with this, then please do not bid.

When you bid, pls post links to your previous work, and not all of your work, only what is relevant.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
