custom pligg template

hi there. I want an extremely simple custom pligg template. basically, I want a table that is 1 row x 2 columns with the narrower column on the right containing all of the plig links with basic CSS styling (using an external CSS sheet) I only want rollover colors for the links, so there won't be any graphic design involved...just barebones template with a little css, and a very basic banner at the top of the screen (maybe will add a table row for the banner).
