control and administration of a shop (cremeria)

I need a program that keep control of the resources, income, products , expiration date, check payments, payments due, and the payments to be done, invoice and ticket printing, inventory listing, accounting keep track of providers, buyers, sales per salesman, credit planning and managing, users, access levels for each user (4 level: admin, salesman,product buys,supervisor subject to change), keep track of the products which are used by the person who is selling (like used for own satisfaction or need, unintentionally broken, etc but they have to be moved from the inventory). Also being capable of making comparisons between months and years of the sales, and purchases produced. the idea is to develop a program that is capable of controlling the sales and purchases made by two tcp ip networked computers using a firebird database with ODBC driver,used by at least 4 concurrent sellers, Prefereably the user interface should be in spanish but it is not a must what should be an issue is the fact that all user interface string should be placed in a module and used from there in order to change later on the language of the user interface. Also be capable of displaying reports of sales,purchases, expenses, and the general and particular state of the bussiness at any given time by means of numbers and if possible graphics.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
