add paypal links, credit card link to shopping cart(repost)

link to our paypal account must be set up and working, Credit card link needs to be set up so that when credit card details are entered (including ccv and expiry) are to be sent via alink to the super administrators email & an message to client that receipt will be emailed to them with in 24hours. the full shopping cart is set up already however when the client enters their credit card details an error messages comes up, or when they choose to pay via paypal it come up with a link to paypal stating that we are not set up to recieve payments. We have created paypal account but it needs to be linked to our site.
