The scope of the following project is a full blown website which will have two versions, Flash and HTML and will be based on the following Template Monster which will be provided to you. Please see the deliverables section for full information.
We are looking only for experienced web developers/designers who have already created many professional looking websites and can deliver. Please include at least 3 website you have created if you would like to submit offers. If you have also created website that are based on templates from [url removed, login to view] please send it to us and that would be a big plus.
We have attached a zip file with the general requirements for the website and another document with detailed information (text + more specific information) of what should be included in the website.
PLEASE GO OVER THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS BEFORE YOU PLACE ANY BIDS. BIDDERS THAT WILL NOT REVIEW THE INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS AND SEND US A GENERIC MESSAGE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED AND WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO PLACE BIDS WITH US.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Developer should have a development webserver where he can test the project.
