Develop an Online Community ASP.NET

The site will be online community. A key element of the site will be promoting social relationships among users. Users will be able to enter articles. These articles will then be searchable across the community. Users will be able to see lists of other users that belong to the same networks. The developer will create a MSSQL backend as well as a user level front end and an administrative front end. This must be original software and cannot contain parts of already available software unless permitted by the buyer. Please feel free to ask questions and additional details will be provided upon request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
