Debug WP Blog/Newsletter on Joomla Site

Existing [[login to view URL]][1] site has Blog with access errors to Super Admin and Newsletter to 1100 subscribers with 70% bounce rate.? Host says no problem on their end. Site is Mambo/Joomla, Blog is Word Press, Newsletter is mosListmessenger. Site is subscription based.? Developer did template upgrade and now subscribers with .net email must use IE or Firefox for access.? Debug needed.
