We need a simple app that presents as a multi-choice test and compiles .doc or .pdf files from a database of responses. The app will need to compile three documents from the information input. These docs are
1) Presents the results and overview of each single test within a test group.(ie if the results of queation 1 was 'a' then provide response '1a'.
2)Similar in format to 1) but accessing a different database for the reponses and presenting further information.
3) A document that averages the results of all the tests in the group and presents data base driven responses based on those averages.
Some of the reponses will be accessed on the basis of a simple equation - (ie if the numbers given to the responses from (example) questions 3, 8 and 13 => 10 then access response x)
There are 20 questions and approximately 70 responses across the whole test.
We need to be able to easilly access the responses and edit and update them.
We need to easily be able to change the paramters for accessing different responses so that we can calibrate the software over time.
We will provide all the content - also happy to be provided with the framework content free with acess to the database so we can put in the content after construction, in fact that is probably more attractive to us.
Browser based may also be an advantage for future web deployment.
ok - look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards
Matt
