Create Set of Banners

I'm looking for someone who can create a small set of banners with one single theme. You must be creative in your design, artistic in your implementation, and able to take direction and feedback from my team. I'm looking for someone with a real talent with banners. If this project goes well, I will use you on a regular basis to create more banners. Please submit web links to your portfolio of banners. Do not attach a file. I will not look at it. I will only consider bids with examples and demonstratable experience. The more professional your examples the better. I don't want cheeze banners that look like all the other banners. I will give you some idea and concepts with some marketing copy to work with. I want you to be able to take the concept and run with it. Ask questions to get a clear idea of the concept. But I don't want to give you the design and artistic concepts. That's what I want you for. I only have 1 banner now and it's very plain: <[login to view URL]> Thanks in advance for your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
