Create Data Lists in excel

Hello there! I have three lists in a sheet in excel. The first one is artists.
Artists contains [login to view URL] other two are 2 different names of artists that contain Albums. For example

As you can see the first list is connected with the other two.I want in a different sheet to be able to click on a cell and to be able to choose one of the record that list "Artists" contains and when i select for example "Korn", i want to view in a place or in some cells anywhere in the sheet all the data that list "Korn" contains. In the future i need to add more lists of albums of separate artists and more data to the lists, so i want full explanation in order to update this work in the [login to view URL] data will not allways be simple text but it may be numbers sometimes.
All i want to achieve is to create categories and subcategories and to display ALL data in some cells. If anyone interested please let me know.I can sent also the xls file that contains all my work.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
