Create Affiliate System

I currently have a website that will probably be programmed in php. I sell several services and I currently use paypal to process payments. I want to set-up a fully functional, complete solution, affiliate program. I want someone to (either through 3rd party script/software or their own script/software) to install and setup the ability to - 1) Accept affiliate customers to sign up. 2) Allow complete tracking of referrals. 3) Allow affiliates to log- in and check their referrals. 4) Allow payment to affiliate through paypal. 5) Allow me to send fully editable e-mails to affiliates. 6) Allow me to send bulk e-mails to all affiliates. 7) Allow me to choose varying levels of commissions per person. 8) Have fully customizable backend, i.e. have my own branding, colors, logo, etc. I have already installed and ininstalled 15 programs and none meet my needs; they are either flawed, or won't integrate with Paypal, have no customer service. I want a COMPLETE SOLUTION that I can fully test myself and have my IT person fully test. What can you do to provide for this? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this cannot deliver what I want, then do not bid or start this project...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal project. ## Platform Web-Based
