Corporate Website Design

I need a design for a corporate website. The target group for this site is investors and media, so we need to keep it clean and clear. But the company is in the entertainment business, so we also need to give it a bit cooler attitude. I have attached a site map so you get a general picture of the structure and content. However any suggestions on this are welcome. If I accept your bid, you will also recieve a "brand wheel", that is a short document describing the values we want to convey in the name name. You must be able to visualise this in your design, so a simple standardized solution will not do. Please include a link to your portfolio when you place your bid. I will not choose your bid if I don't get to see your previous work. Option This bid request is for the design only (Photoshop file with layers preserved). However, if you can do the coding in valid html 4.01 or xhtml and css, you may also include this in your bid. Just let me know. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .psd (optional: css + html 4.01 or xhtml)
