Content Management PHP MySQL (Hot TV)

We require a content management site which will allow the User to: 1) Management User Accounts There will be 1 Administrator account (Administrator can manage content on the site and create, modify and delete Administrator and User accounts) User accounts (User accounts can manage all content on the site) 2) Content Management The Adminstrator and Users will be able to add, modify and delete text from the site. The site will allow the user/admin to upload/remove video files (wmv) a) into the video section b) into commercials section c) into bumpers section Deliverables: a) after the site is functional, we will submit graphics to the coder to be placed on the site b) the site will have 9 categories which will be: Home, Shoes, Fashion, Events, Music, Interviews, Videos, About Us and Contact Us (text c) the site will allow the User to manage user accounts for logins on the site. d) the site will allow the User to login to add and remove videos on the site. e) the site will allow the User to login to add and remove commercial videos on the site. f) the site will allow the User to add, remove and modify text on the site. g) the site will allow the User to control which commercial videos play and the percentage of total time in which they play. h) the site will allow the User to add and remove 20 banner ads (1 long banner at the top and 1 business card banner at the bottom) from each of the 9 pages. Each banner ad must conform to specific dimensions which will be determined during development. i) the site will allow the User to add and remove "5 second transition videos" called bumpers. j) the site will allow visitors to do text searches on the site. k) you will create the site in our environment using PHP/MYSQL, [login to view URL] is our hosting provider ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
