Combat Card Game

*addiktiveGAMING,* a new indie game studio is looking for a coder to produce the core game code for a Card Combat Game clone. This game, called LegendCONFLICT is a small standalone part of a much bigger game called LegendRPG, a new RPG game being produced. (details at [login to view URL]) Conflict is designed in the same theme as LegendRPG, using same graphics and general gameplay ideas. Already produced are the general gameplay flow, a database of cards and many images. First the database of cards needs reviewing to ensure that all required effects an be produced, and end result to also ensure flexability for later updates. The game is 2 player, with direct IP to IP connection (or anything better that can be suggested). AI then only covers interperating what the player is doing. The final database will require encrypting, and there also needs to be a way for the player to be able to buy cards online, which will send them back a code that only works for their installation & profile, which enables extra cards. Can be in any suitable language, and needs to make use of animation, images with transparency, sound & music. Would be useful to have ongoing support for this game, as there will be database expansions which may require additional effects coded. Being an Indie project, our budgets are almost zero. We have spent a lot on the main LegendRPG obtained from funding and personal investments, and Conflict is planned to recover some of the costs. We will have to discuss money, but you will receive a free copy of each episode of LegendRPG as it is released. Suitable for someone who wants to get into the gaming market. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
