Code Igniter project completion and bug fixes

We have a project built in Code Igniter (PHP framework) which is 95% completed. We want someone experienced in code igniter to finish the rest of work , only few options are yet to implemented . Also a few minor bug fixes needed to be done as well. The application is an interface for voip resellers and agents . You dont need to work on the backend , all you need to work is on the php pages built in code igniter. The database used is mysql and the database structure can be changed . This is a multi level access application like Admin , master reseller and sub reseller. No dialog box comes in ie works in mozilla 2. active calls does not work (there is table in database for active calls) 3. call details and reports does not work ( there are tables for calls and report needs to be made from there) As you see the works are quite straight forward and we will clearly describe you the logics you just need to code it in code igniter. We have several other projects like this , so we will use this project as a screening function for our future projects. Does not work in IE , only Mozilla tested. 2. Overall loading time is slow , needs to be optimized. 3.
