This is a 3 page, HTML/CSS style sheet website with header graphic. This should be a fairly quick and easy project for an experienced web designer/programmer. Web designer must be fluent in English and able to understand directions well. Web designer must have experience in header graphic development, fonts, colors and layout of “long-copy?? single page sell sites. Copy has already been written and will be provided. Direction on the website’s target customer will also be given so the look and feel of the site is designed with the end-user in mind. Web designer is required to utilize normal HTML/CSS that is easily transferable and straight forward. Fast loading graphics is a must and the website must be very user friendly with easy navigation. All website templates, code, graphics, style sheets, etc. must be submitted with completed work. Project Outline 1. Turnaround We are looking for a competent individual who can stay on task with this project. Must be able to start within 24 hours of getting the bid and be ready to launch within 6 business days. This should give time for changes, updates to style, graphics, fonts. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
