CSS Specialist needed

We are looking for a CSS specialist. We will provide a basic one page html file that contains certain elements of design and placement that are not changeable. Please see [[login to view URL]][1]for an example of the system we are looking to use. The basic coding is a simple table layout with place holders in the text positions. We will provide a theme for each design and a description of any images required to be included in the theme, i.e. Tools, soccer. We are looking for mainstream pleasing designs that sell products not necessarily cutting edge designs. You will provide unique, new, " entirely your own" work that you will undertake not to supply elsewhere or use for any other purpose. Any images used in the design must be acquired from an agreed source such as istockphoto in accordance with their conditions of sale. We have a number of projects in development and would initially require 10 individual style sheets, delivered at a minimum rate of one per week for 10 weeks. If a design is submitted and approved earlier than one week the next design will be considered. Please bid on a per design basis and/or a single price for 10 designs. Also include links to verifiable examples of your work. You will not be given details of the URLs for the final work and no links or acknowledgments will be included in the site or the underlying code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
