Browser + Favorites Zapping

It's all about a fairly easy project : A html/javascript/java code that will read my favorites stored locally, and diplay the websites one after the other, in sequence or randomly, with a timer to switch from one page to the other. If reading the favorites is quite a complication, consider that the websites list can be stored in a text file locally. As some pages may take a while to display, some buffering is required, ie: reading ahead a website, while the current one is being read, and then display it instantly, once it is uploaded. It should work like a powepoint presentation ... Ideally solution should be platform independant, it could be made for example using forms and a little bit of javascript ... but hey, you are the coder right ? Please propose a solution, cost and delay. As i am looking for a reasonable cost, and because it will be for my own use, if you see any difficulties in the description above, do not hesitate to make a minimum cost proposal for a limited version AND a cost proposal for the solution above. Ramez. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform At least: Windows NT4, 2000, XP, Millenium/ Internet Explorer 6 and above. Ideally : Any platform, using internet explorer.
