Blackberry Application / Outlook Plug In

This project is to build a blackberry app that allows the user to search all of their email (even that not stored on the blackberry). The project includes developing an outlook plug-in that will index all emails in outlook. The plug in will upload the index (periodically, compressed) to a web site via web service, and the blackberry app will interact with the web site to search the index. The project also includes developing a simple web site that allows users to create accounts, receive index uploads, and web service to interact with the outlook plug in and blackberry client. The web site should also be searchable directly; that is, the user should be able to login via a mobile interface from their blackberry, or via a regular browser interface (Desktop browser) and search their email. The Outlook plug in should not require .NET download. The web site can be implemented in PHP or Java, but must run on Linux with MySQL. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
