Betfair API software

I'm looking for someone with experience of creating Betfair api software to create me a simple app. It is important that you understand the betfair api system as i do not. The app should be fairly simple. It will do the following. The app will deal with football betting only, i will give the software the list of matches i want to bet on, along with the time it kicks off, the system will then need to place a bet for me 10 minutes after kick off, if the odds are at a certain level (below 3.5). It will also place a second bet at the same time on a different market. If the odds are above 3.5 the match becomes void. The markets i am interested in are match odds and correct score only. The system will place a third bet when the odds of the first bet change to a higher number for (example 7.5). it is important that the software is completely automatic, as i will not always be sitting at my desk. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
