Basic News Post Script in PHP with DB

I want a script developed in PHP and which uses a mysql database. Here are the details. 1. Admin page with a plain-text field and Update button. I will enter my updates in the box and clicking the button will create a new entry on the public end. The same page will have past posts where I can click the title to edit posts, or click a Delete link to remove. 2. Public page will display 15 posts per page, with links to go back in time. Each post will show the text, and when it was last published or updated. 3. Please use CSS to style the posts. Notes: Editor must process linebreaks, and HTML. Please includes a Settings file where I can adjust admin password, amount of entries shown, web-path, db info, ETC. Obviously, this will act a lot like Twitter, but I want a slightly different custom version for my personal use and on my own site. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
